About the role
PT. AFRICA DAN ASIA' is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Architect to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Licensed Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of innovative and sustainable architectural waterproofing projects that shape the future of our clients' visions.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive waterproofing architectural designs that meet their needs and align with industry standards
2. Will also be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of the company’s internal building projects, including the development of new warehouse, logistics office facilities and revamping current HQ. This includes coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process. The role requires a hands-on approach to project supervision, ensuring that all developments align with the company’s operational needs and long-term strategic objectives.
3. Prepare detailed architectural waterproofing plans, drawings, and specifications to guide a project managers team in the application process
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
5. Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
6. Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and execution
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of your work
8. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team member

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
2. Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Architecture industry
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and project management principles
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams
6. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative design solutions
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
