Warehouse Engineer

To support our growing operations and supply chain, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Engineer to ensure our warehouse facilities and equipment operate at peak efficiency.

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, equipment repair, and the optimization of our material storage systems. This is a highly hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, specifically mandatory welding skills, to fabricate, modify, and repair warehouse facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and regular repairs on warehouse infrastructure, storage racks, and operational equipment (e.g., mixers, pallet jacks).

• Execute welding tasks for metal structure fabrication, rack repairs, and modification of warehouse tools.

• Analyze and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and smooth out inbound/outbound material flow.

• Design safe and efficient storage systems specifically tailored for waterproofing materials (liquids and membranes).

• Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHSE) standards.

• Collaborate with the logistics team to troubleshoot daily operational and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.

• Must possess strong and proven welding skills (holding a professional welding certificate is a major plus).

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing facility.

• Ability to read basic engineering/technical drawings for fabrication and repair purposes.

• Solid understanding of basic workplace safety (OHSE) standards, especially regarding warehouse operations and welding.

• Physically fit, proactive, highly driven, and equipped with fast technical problem-solving skills.

• Honest, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
