Currently, we are seeking highly experienced Expert Builders & Waterproofing Applicators to join our on-site execution team.

Job Summary: As an Expert Builder/Applicator, you are the frontline of Gurtex's service quality. Your role goes beyond simply applying waterproofing coatings; it includes performing foundational structural repairs (chipping, plastering, repairing cracked concrete) prior to the waterproofing process. We need individuals who truly understand building structures, work neatly, pay attention to detail, and adhere to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project work areas (cleaning surfaces, leveling areas, and handling basic structural repairs such as hairline cracks or porous concrete).

• Perform general masonry and construction work (cementing, plastering, skimming, and roof/wall repairs) as a mandatory preparation step before waterproofing application.

• Apply Gurtex Waterproofing products (liquid coatings, membranes, etc.) in strict accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure leak-proof and durable results.

• Operate, maintain, and care for tools and application machinery to keep them in excellent condition.

• Collaborate with and follow the directions of the on-site Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and meet strict quality control standards.

• Strictly implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHSE) standards while at the project site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Expert Builder / Construction Worker / Mason.

• Specific experience in applying waterproofing materials is a massive advantage.

• Deep understanding of basic construction techniques, concrete repair, plastering, and resolving building leaks (roofs, concrete decks, bathrooms, basements).

• Hardworking with strong physical stamina, accustomed to working outdoors and at heights.

• Honest, highly punctual, responsible, and possesses strong initiative to solve on-site structural issues.

• Able to work effectively within a team and communicate well.
