SUPERVISOR – Waterproofing

As the Supervisor, you are the vital link between Team Leader and the execution team.
You are responsible for daily supervision, quality control (QC), and ensuring smooth field operations. You must be assertive, meticulous, and capable of ensuring every stage of work—from preparation to completion—meets technical specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Supervise the daily work of the Injection Applicator Staff.
●     Conduct strict Quality Control (QC) at every stage: preparation, material mixing, injection process, and results.
●     Ensure all preparation, equipment operation, and material application comply with SOPs.
●     Manage coordination, material needs, and equipment at the project site.
●     Coordinate closely with the Team Leader and Project Manager regarding progress and obstacles.
●     Maintain and enforce the team's HSE (Health & Safety) compliance.

Qualifications (Supervisor):

●     Male / Female, minimum 25 years old.
●     Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Construction.
●     Strong understanding of injection application methods and Quality Control (QC) procedures.
●     Excellent communication and coordination skills.
●     Assertive, meticulous, initiative-taking, and result oriented.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (Applicable to ALL Positions):

●    Domiciled in Denpasar or surrounding areas (preferred).
●    Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM).
●    Physically healthy, highly disciplined, and accustomed to working in a construction project (field) environment.
●    Required: High mobility. Must own a personal motorcycle and an active SIM C license.
●    Honest, responsible, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic.
●    Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed to meet project deadlines.
