Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. AFRICA DAN ASIA (GURTEX® WATERPROOFING) as a Quantity Surveyor based in Bali. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the Service Provider team, responsible for estimating and managing the costs associated with construction projects. This is a full-time position that will allow you to utilize your expertise in the industry.

What you'll be doing
•    Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for projects
•    Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they remain within budget
•    Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors
•    Preparing progress claims and managing the financial aspects of construction projects
•    Identifying potential cost savings and opportunities for improvement
•    Collaborating with the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects

What we're looking for
•    Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying
•    Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
•    Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
•    Proficient in using quantity surveying software and other relevant tools
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
•    Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
•    Fluent in English
