Field Worker Injection

As a Staff Applicator, you are the technical executor on the ground. You are solely responsible for carrying out injection work (Epoxy/PU) with precision, efficiency, and high quality. This role requires technical skill, prime physical condition, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Execute technical high-pressure and low-pressure injection work (Epoxy/PU) as directed.
●    Perform work area preparation (cleaning, drilling, installation of injection packers).
●    Operate and perform daily maintenance on injection machines and equipment.
●    Ensure materials (Epoxy/PU) are mixed with precise ratios according to specifications.
●    Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications (Staff):

●    Male / Female, minimum 25 years old.
●    Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a concrete injection applicator.
●    Understands the technical fundamentals and workflow of concrete injection.
●    Diligent, honest, meticulous, and possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow.
●    Prepared to work hard in a construction project environment.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (Applicable to ALL Positions):

●    Domiciled in Denpasar or surrounding areas (preferred).
●    Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM).
●    Physically healthy, highly disciplined, and accustomed to working in a construction project (field) environment.
●    Required: High mobility. Must own a personal motorcycle and an active SIM C license.
●    Honest, responsible, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic.
●    Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed to meet project deadlines.
