Field Worker

As an Applicator Technician, you are the key executor of the Gurtex® waterproofing system. This role goes beyond simple painting; you will apply a complex structural protection system involving Osmotic Nano-Cement (SG211/SG918) for deep concrete penetration and Elastic Latex Membranes (SG368/SG168) for surface protection. Proficiency with Airless Spray machines and strict attention to detailing is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Surface Preparation:
• Perform high-pressure cleaning to open concrete pores, allowing Nano-Cement (SG211) to penetrate 6-10mm into the substrate.
• Ensure the substrate is sound, clean of oil/dust, and free of standing water before any application.
2. Multi-Layer System Application:
• Base Layer: Apply Nano-Cement Sealer (SG211/SG918) to create a hydrophobic mesh inside the concrete.
• Membrane Layer: Apply Latex Waterproofing (SG368) using brush, roller, or Airless Spray (220 bar) to achieve the required film thickness.
• Top Coat: Apply Heat-Reflective Coating (SG168) using a slow, smooth, crisscross spray technique for a flawless finish.
3. Reinforcement Installation:
• Mandatory installation of Geo-Fabric on all corners, cracks, and joints. The fabric must be fully saturated (soaked) with the liquid membrane (SG368) to ensure structural integrity.
4. Technical Procedures & Mixing:
• Thoroughly mix materials (SG368/SG168) with a mechanical mixer for at least 5 minutes prior to application.
• Adhere to strict drying times (minimum 4 hours between coats) to ensure proper curing.
5. Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintain and clean Airless Spray machines and tools immediately after use to prevent clogging and damage.

Position Qualifications (Staff):

• Male, minimum 25 years old.
• Mandatory Skill: Proven experience operating Airless Paint Sprayers. Experience in high-rise painting or protective coating is a strong advantage.
• Material Knowledge: Understands the difference between Penetrating Sealers (like SG211) and Surface Membranes (like SG368).
• Physical & Work Ethic: Physically fit to handle 20kg drums and work meticulously in project environments (Rooftops/Basements).
• Understands that water-based products cannot be applied during rain or on standing water.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Domiciled in Bali or surrounding areas (Preferred).
• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM).
• Must own a personal vehicle & active SIM C (High Mobility).
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to work overtime to meet material curing schedules.
