About Us: PT Africa dan Asia is the proud company behind Gurtex Waterproofing, a pioneer in high-tech and eco-friendly waterproofing solutions. To ensure our products reach our clients and project sites safely and on time, we are looking for a reliable, careful, and professional Operational & Delivery Driver to join our logistics team.

Job Summary: As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your primary responsibility is to deliver waterproofing materials and equipment from our warehouse to various project sites or customers. In addition to safe driving, you will be expected to assist with the loading and unloading of goods and ensure the company fleet is maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company operational vehicles to deliver materials to project sites or customers in a timely manner.

• Assist and oversee the loading and unloading process to ensure materials are not damaged during transit.

• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on vehicles (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure, coolant) and report any technical defects.

• Ensure all delivery documents (such as delivery notes or receipts) are properly signed by the recipient and returned to the office.

• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the operational vehicle, both interior and exterior, on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Must possess an active SIM A and/or SIM B1 (driving license).

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Delivery Driver or Logistics Driver.

• Strong knowledge of local routes within the company's operational area and proficiency in using navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze).

• Physically fit and strong, as the role involves handling and moving waterproofing materials (e.g., pails of liquid coating).

• Honest, highly punctual, responsible, and possesses excellent driving behavior (safe and defensive driving).

• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when there are urgent project delivery schedules.
